Service Agreement

This Client Intake Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Journey Together (“Organization”) and the client named above (“Client”). Upon initial consultation, the Client is interested in retaining the Organization for immigration services. The Organization agrees to provide immigration services to the Client under the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Services Provided

Journey Together agrees to provide the following services to the Client:

  • Initial consultation and assessment of immigration needs.
  • Assistance with applications for _________________________________________.
  • Guidance and support throughout the immigration process, including document preparation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Referrals to additional resources and services as necessary.

 

  1. Confidentiality

Journey Together is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all Client information. All personal data, case details, and communications will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the Client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

 

  1. Conflict of Interest

Journey Together will avoid any conflicts of interest in providing services to the Client. If a potential conflict of interest arises, the Client will be informed, and appropriate measures will be taken to address the situation in accordance with our Conflict-of-Interest Policy.

 

  1. Fees and Payment
  • Initial Consultation: $0 to $100 depending on
  • Service fee depends on the service, agreed with the client, to be provided upon review of individual client situation during the consultation. If applicable, consultation fee will be deducted from the service fee

 

  1. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information to Journey Together.
  • Attend all scheduled appointments or notify Journey Together in advance if unable to attend.
  • Respond promptly to requests for information or documentation.
  • Cooperate fully with Journey Together staff and volunteers.

 

  1. Termination of Services

Journey Together Immigration reserves the right to terminate services to the Client under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to provide accurate or complete information.
  • Failure to cooperate with Journey Together staff or volunteers.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Any other reason deemed appropriate by Journey Together management.

The Client may also terminate services at any time by providing written notice to Journey Together.

 

  1. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
